Are the soft offers binding?+

No. Soft offers are signals of intent. They become real offers when both parties enter direct negotiation.

What does it cost?+

Listing is free. Browsing is free. A buyer can make several offers for free, once a limit is reached, more offer credits may be purchased

Can my agent use it?+
